Conference Registration Fees
Standard registration fee*:
Early bird: 375 EUR (by May 15, 2025) CLOSED
Regular: 425 EUR (by July 15, 2025) CLOSED
On site (first day of Conference): 475 EUR (cash payment only)
Due to logistic reasons, on-site registration will not be available unless attendance is confirmed by August 30. Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail (info.rcg2025@gmail.com, register.rcg2025@gmail.com) if you consider on-site registration.
BSc, MSc and PhD students fee*: 275 EUR CLOSED

Accompanying person participation fee**: 275 EUR CLOSED
Refund details: in case of withdraw from the conference, refund of the registration fees will be possible for the entire sum before August 15 and for 50% of the sum between August 15 and September 1st (minus 50 euro, the amount of transfer taxes). No refund will be possible after September 1st.
*Fee includes: conference materials, icebreaker, coffee breaks, lunches, festive dinner and wine tasting and mid-conference trip.
**Accompanying person fee includes: lunches during the 3 days of conference (16 – 18 September), mid-conference trip, festive dinner and wine tasting. Participation to any of the other fieldtrips (pre- or post-conference) implies distinct fees.
