Oral presentations guidelines
Suggested oral presentations template: Download
Prepare your oral presentation for 12 min each; 3 min will be used for Q&A and discussion;
Oral presentation should be in “.PPTX” or “.PDF” formats;
When preparing your presentation, select slide set-up – 16:9 aspect;
Presentation should be compatible with Windows 10/11 and PowerPoint software;
If using Apple devices, please check your presentation functionality also on a Windows-operated computer;
Presentations will be handed to (and uploaded by) the technical staff responsible for each room, during the breaks before each session.
Poster presentations guidelines

Posters should be prepared in A0 format, recommended dimensions: 118.9 cm (height) x 84.1 cm (width), portrait format, not larger than 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width);
Poster title, authors name and institution(s) should be included at the top of the poster; please specify if the presenting author is different than the first author;
The conference logo should be included as suggested in the template;
Acknowledgements can be included in the bottom part of the poster;
Select font sizes large enough to be readable from a distance of 2 meters (font size at least 18 point); illustrations should also be large enough to be visible from a standing distance;
Poster numbers will be assigned to you on the day of the presentation and technical staff will assist you for helping with the display of your materials.
