Conference Registration Fees

Standard registration fee*:
Early bird: 375 EUR (by May 15, 2025)
Regular: 425 EUR (by July 15, 2025)
On site: 475 EUR (first day of the conference, cash payment only)

Due to logistic reasons, on-site registration will not be available unless attendance is confirmed by August 30. Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail (info.rcg2025@gmail.com, register.rcg2025@gmail.com) if you consider on-site registration.

BSc, MSc and PhD students fee*: 275 EUR

Accompanying person participation fee**: 275 EUR

Refund details: in case of withdraw from the conference, refund of the registration fees will be possible for the entire sum before August 15 and for 50% of the sum between August 15 and September 1st (minus 50 euro, the amount of transfer taxes). No refund will be possible after September 1st.

*Fee includes: conference materials, icebreaker, coffee breaks, lunches, festive dinner and wine tasting and mid-conference trip.

**Accompanying person fee includes: lunches during the 3 days of conference (16 – 18 September), mid-conference trip, festive dinner and wine tasting. Participation to any of the other fieldtrips (pre- or post-conference) implies distinct fees.

Young Geomorphologists Intensive Course

Registration fee: 200 EUR (by July 15, 2025)

*Fee includes: transportation from Bucharest-Otopeni Airport to Sinaia and from Sinaia to Timisoara; accommodation in double rooms; meals, coffee breaks and icebreaker; field transportation; field and lab materials and documents.

Participation Grants

The International Association of Geomorphologists offers participation grants to young geomorphologists willing to participate to the Intensive Course on Geomorphology and the Regional Conference. Please check the application conditions and details here:
